Políticas de Expiración de Sesión
Las sesiones activas permanecen válidas indefinidamente siempre que continúe utilizando el servicio de forma regular. Sin embargo, las sesiones que permanezcan inactivas durante más de seis (6) horas serán marcadas para supervisión. Las sesiones sin actividad durante catorce (14) días consecutivos estarán sujetas a un mayor escrutinio de seguridad. Limitaciones del dispositivo y gestión de sesiones

Service Definition & Authorization Flow: MYETV provides a standard authentication and API integration system based on the OAuth 2.0 protocol (Authorization Code Flow) to enable third-party applications to integrate the "Login with MYETV" Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality and execute authorized platform actions.
Registration and Credentials: Third-party developers must officially register their applications using the dedicated developer dashboard to receive unique credentials (client_id and client_secret) required for secure API interfacing.
Dynamic Scope Requests: During the authorization process, third-party applications must explicitly declare requested permissions via the scope parameter (e.g., user profile, email address, and content publishing permissions). Access to user data and API execution actions are strictly restricted to permissions effectively granted by the user, which are securely tracked in the platform's authorization and token records.
Content Publishing and API Actions: Third-party applications may be granted authorization to create, publish, or manage content on behalf of the authenticated user on their MYETV account via platform APIs. Developers are fully responsible for all actions and content transmitted through their applications, ensuring strict compliance with MYETV's community guidelines, terms, and applicable laws.
Developer Obligations: Third-party applications receiving decrypted identity data, email addresses, or interacting with user accounts must handle all data and published materials in full compliance with current privacy and regulatory standards, prohibiting misuse, insecure caching, or unauthorized sharing with third parties.
Revocation and Suspension: MYETV reserves the unquestionable right to revoke developer credentials, invalidate active access tokens, and block API access in case of violations of these terms, abusive publishing behavior, or abnormal API usage.
The sharer platform
Using the sharing platform you assume all responsibilities of shared content in our platform, which will still be subject to other checks by our staff. You have to be careful what you share in public form; for this you have controls for your privacy and GeoIP to decide what audience to target your content; moderators can limit any account for a period of time to publish contents with the "public" privacy option. We will double-check all the public contents constantly to ensure the safety of all our members and external visitors and we will take the appropriate measures against public shared spam or unwanted or malicious links. You are still subjected to the point "User submissions & Community Standards" of this document.
Sharing and caring
The form "Sharing is Caring" is a trademark of the "The Army of Salvation" but it is also the world of the Internet philosophy. Definition and Activation
Special Accounts are user accounts activated through subscriptions or lifetime access, which can be purchased using MYETV digital credits. These accounts grant additional features or privileges beyond the free standard account.
Inactivity and Reset
If a user does not log into their Special Account- [Special Accounts: an account with elevated privileges and/or access to special sections] - for a continuous period of one year or more, MYETV reserves the right to reset the Special Account status. This means the account will revert to a free standard account, and any previously purchased subscription or lifetime privileges will be revoked.
Moderation and Suspension
Special Accounts may be suspended or deactivated at any time by MYETV moderators if there is reasonable suspicion or evidence of illegal activities or violations of MYETV’s Terms of Service. Such actions are at the sole discretion of MYETV and are intended to protect the community and the platform.
No Refunds
No refunds or compensation will be provided for any suspended or reset Special Accounts, regardless of the account type or purchase method.

Peer-to-peer network
By using MYETV you agree to be part of a network called "MYETV Peer- [P2P Peer: is a term used to refer to a user who has already been assigned a P2P key inside the peer-to-peer network] - To Peer Network" which is the exclusive property of MYETV; this network allows two clients to get in touch in an extremely safe way even if they are not registered on the platform and this network allows moderators and administrators of the platform to reach any user who has taken any action and send them messages, warning and also block the access to malicious clients. Firenet defense
The FireNet defense platform is available at https://firenet.myetv.tv is builded thanks to artificial intelligence and includes a list of real-time attacks, or proven attacks, on the MYETV platform and categorizes them into "not dangerous", "to watch" and "dangerous"; "not dangerous" attacks can be those generated by a page not found (e.g. 404 error), while "to watch" attacks can be those that are a little more complicated to handle such as an authentication or proxy routing error ( for example the client shouldn't have been on that page like that); while the "dangerous" attacks are all those types of attacks that can compromise the stability of the platform (for example an attack of attempted degradation of the lines). All these types of attacks, put together, form a scale of danger divided for every Nation in the world; based on this scale of danger, the artificial intelligence can decide to temporarily disable access to the platform for a given country, waiting for an administrator to control and reactivate access.
Parental control
Parental controls can be activated on request (via the edit page of your account) or are activated automatically if the date of birth of the account owner is under 18. Parental controls completely disable some features of the platform to keep minors safe; sharing (public) features are disabled, the creation of new anonymous networks is disabled, and all content restricted for an adult audience is disabled. Parental control can also be requested via a support ticket for a specific account, just send a ticket to https://support.myetv.tv and includes your informations and the informations of the account to block, with the reasons for this decision; a moderator will reply to you and help you to automatically activate parental control which can also be protected with a password (known only to the adult). The password can also be set via the procedure on the profile edit page, once set the procedures for changing or modifying the same password or deactivate the parental control will always require the pre-existing password.
MYETV also uses the "RTA Label" verification to block access to contents or networks reserved for those over 18 years old (with restrictions, also for contents moderated by moderators); you can install specific softwares on your computer to have all in your hands the block of specific sections of the platform, if you have installed the major parental control software you do not have to do anything else because the contents with the restrictions for only audults are automatically blocked. Digital Credits (MYCOINS)
My Digital Credits (or MyCoins) are the official virtual credits for MYETV and can be used only by registered users and only inside the platform; my digital wallet is used to store credits into your account, the currency can be chosen from a list of currencies worldwide on your account edit page. Payments will always be made in Euros and the exchange of any local currency will take place in real time only when the credits are transferred to your wallet.

Digital credits, points, or tokens available on this platform are provided solely for use within the services offered by the website.
Digital credits:
- do not constitute real currency;
- do not represent electronic money or financial instruments;
- have no monetary value outside the platform;

MYETV does not directly collect, process, or store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or any sensitive financial data on its own servers.
2. Subscriptions and Recurring Billing
By enrolling in any of our premium subscription tiers or special accounts, you authorize our third-party payment processors to automatically charge your selected payment method at the agreed-upon billing interval (e.g., monthly or annually). You retain the right to cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings with the used services. Upon cancellation, your premium access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, untill you will not explicity cancel it in the MYETV dashboard. MYETV does not provide a reactivation for partially used subscription periods after max 14 days after the cancellation.
3. Disclaimer of Liability for Third-Party Infrastructure
By initiating any transaction on MYETV, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that MYETV shall not be held responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of third-party payment gateways. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Service interruptions, technical malfunctions, API failures, or network downtime experienced by the payment provider.
- Security breaches, cyberattacks, unauthorized access, or data leaks targeting the infrastructure of the third-party payment gateway.
- Transaction errors, unauthorized charges, delayed processing, or account freezes executed by the payment provider.
4. Billing Disputes
In the event of payment discrepancies, unauthorized transactions, or security incidents occurring at the gateway level, your primary recourse is to contact the customer support of the respective third-party payment processor. Block/Censorship
Given the international nature of the platform, MYETV does not approve any of the individual Country/State systems for the censorship of content and invites those responsible for control to make appropriate reports to the highly trained staff of MYETV with the tools made available by the platform, in order to be able to obscure any content in the shortest possible time; If we detect any form of censorship without having notified the MYETV staff, MYETV reserves the right to take action in the competent civil and criminal courts to request compensation for all damages suffered, including damage to image and operational losses, which may be quantified up to €1,000 per every day and, in serious cases, we could also report the responsible of the partial censorship for the crime of "contributory negligence" for not having adequately reported to the specific staff a probably violation of the laws of other States.

We release account data only in compliance with our terms of use and applicable laws.
- A valid subpoena, issued in connection with an official criminal investigation, is required to request the release of basic user information, which may include: name, length of service, sensible information, one or more addresses e-mail and one or more IP addresses related to a recent login / logout, if available.
