MYETV has divided into 4 Special Accounts- [Special Accounts: an account with elevated privileges and/or access to special sections] - that can be activated; upon signing up to the platform- [Platform: the set of the main domain and all the subdomain of a particular website; also the computer architecture and equipment using a particular operating system] - , the user will receive a free account- [Account: an Account contains the personal information that is assigned to those who register and access with email and password] - that can be used immediately with some limits, to extend these limits a Special Account- [Special Accounts: an account with elevated privileges and/or access to special sections] - is needed. These accounts can only be activated with MYCOINS or directly with Stripe payment gateway through an annual or monthly subscription; once a special account is activated the user will also have access- [Access the simple access to a website as a visitor] - to more features and offers that can changes from time to time.

CURRENT LIMITS
The most common limits are the maximum number of publications (post) each day, the maximum number of networks of contents that can be created in total, the maximum number of MYAPPS that can be built for every network of contents- [Network of Contents: is the channel in which owners can post their content and the audience can see the contents posted by the owners] - , the maximum MB/GB in size available for every file uploaded, the maximum number of GB that can be consumed through MYCLOUD. From time to time we can add more limits and/or features limited with that special accounts.
Special Account + (MYETV+)
MYETV offers a range of premium- [Special Accounts: an account with elevated privileges and/or access to special sections] - subscription plans, collectively known as Special Accounts or MYETV+. These optional upgrades are tailored to elevate the user experience by unlocking advanced platform capabilities, higher daily creation limits, and expanded cloud storage capacities. Depending on the selected tier, users may also benefit from an ad-free browsing environment, exclusive access to Pay-To-View or Pay-To-Follow feature, increased MyAI token allowances, and boosted monetization rates designed specifically for both active viewers and content- [Contents: every content intended as text, images, audio or video] - publishers.
To provide maximum flexibility, MYETV+ subscriptions can be activated on a monthly or yearly billing cycle. Users can choose to pay securely using fiat currency via credit card, or by utilizing their accumulated digital credits (MYCOINS).
Because our ecosystem is constantly evolving to bring the best possible tools to our community, the specific account tiers, their respective features, and pricing are subject to change. For this reason, users are encouraged to consult the most up-to-date feature matrix, compare active plans, and manage or cancel their subscriptions at any time directly through the “Account Settings” page on the MYETV platform. By subscribing to any Special Account, you agree to the specific limits, terms, and billing cycles displayed during the checkout process.
Special Account X
Through Account X you can increase the limits of your account or gift an X to the account you prefer; you can purchase 1X at a time for a maximum of 10X the price changes depending on the number of Xs that have already been assigned to that account and will be valid for a whole year from the moment it was assigned. ACCOUNT DASHBOARD

Not only have we activated these special accounts but we have also created a new dashboard available for all accounts, even the free ones, which makes it easier to use and understand the features all in one place. The dashboard can be viewed on https://account.myetv.tv even for unregistered users, where they will be asked to register with their data and email. For logged in users, however, the dashboard is presented in several sections: Account, Features, Privacy, Limits, Special Account, Options. Each of these sections contains sub-sections where it will be possible to view information on your Account as well as links to make the various changes. It is also possible to change the information on your profile, switch to your content network- [Network of Contents: is the channel in which owners can post their content and the audience can see the contents posted by the owners] - or download the data on your Account in PDF format, complete with QR code and barcode. This dashboard was created to always have the information of your Account at hand and to have more information and usability on the Account you are using. This dashboard is private for each registered Account and can only be used by the Account that has accessed the platform.

TERMS OF SERVICES
- Special Account can be activated from this page: https://www.myetv.tv/+ and https://www.myetv.tv/x
- Special Account can be subscribed annually or monthly with MYCOINS or real value payment with Stripe gateway (Credit Card, Paypal or Stripe banks account); upon activation with the first method, MYCOINS will be subtracted from your wallet
- If the payment method is MYCOINS (Digital Credits) the renewal is manual and you have max 3 days to renew manually the account before the expiriation; if the payment method is with Stripe Gateway the renewal take place automatically and if you don’t have enough found in your credit card (or bank account) after 3 days the account will expired to a free account.
- When the subscription ends and is not renewed, the limits will return to those of a Free Account and the content networks and MYAPPS- [MYAPPS: applications that the owners of the networks can build within them to add additional functionality to the content or to the entire network] - built will not be eliminated and can be used again; however, no more can be added until the Special Account is renewed.
- The activated Special Account will be active for the whole calendar year or month counted from the moment it was activated
- If you change to another Special Account, without letting the subscription period expire, the subscription period is counted from the activation of the last activated Special Account (is not cumulable)
- If you switch to another Special Account, without letting the subscription period expire, the full price of the new special account must be paid and the old account will be deactivated
- Once activated, you can change your Special Account only by paying the full price of the new one
- Once activated, it will not be possible to activate the same Special Account a second time for the same account
- Special Accounts activate with Digital Credits (MYCOINS) are non-refundable (Stripe Gateway can be refundable by it’s platform policy but the special account will expire automatically if refounded)
- If a price change is required, the special account activated at the previous price will remain active until the end of the annual or monthly subscription
- If a feature or limit is changed, the change will also be active for all special accounts already subscribed at no additional cost
- If a feature or limit is added/removed, it will also be added/removed for all special accounts already subscribed at no additional cost
- X can be activated one at time for a maximum of 10X
- The price of the X can change in base of how many X already have that selected account
- The number of publications made from your account will be reset automatically every day at 5.00 CEST; the count of this limit for your Account also includes your public networks of contents- [Contents: every content intended as text, images, audio or video] -
- The maximum number of networks of contents allowed refers to all public networks of contents of which you are an administrator
- The maximum number of MY EXTENSION allowed refers to all the extensions builded for your Acocunt and for all your public networks of contents of which you are an administrator
- The size limits of the file to be uploaded refer to the single file; if you have the limit of 100MB you can always upload- [Upload: the action by a owners of the network of sending an image or audio or video file (named as content) from the device] - two files at a time with the size of 99MB for every single file. There is not limit of how many files you can upload
- Limits always refer to your private account- [Account: an Account contains the personal information that is assigned to those who register and access with email and password] - only, not to all the users of public networks of contents for which you or they are an administrator / editor / moderator / content provider
- The limit count for your Account also includes your public networks of contents of which you are administrator
- it is forbidden to sell your special account to another person or third parties
- Special accounts are exclusive to MYETV
