Be sure you navigate in secure mode for your privacy, the connection must be encrypted with SSL 128bit (https://) to navigate into the website. Access to the platform is guaranteed for all visitors with limitations. Without a verified account, it will not be possible to access the advanced features of the platform such as sharing or upload- [Upload: the action by a owners of the network of sending an image or audio or video file (named as content) from the device] - contents- [Contents: every content intended as text, images, audio or video] - , saving favorite contents in lists, using payment platforms or upload and/or storage platforms; in addition, protections for minors will always be enabled and rate-limiting for some features is increased. Each access is saved through a platform called “peer-to-peer network- [Peer-To-Peer Network: is a network made up of many p2p keys that can communicate with each other held together by a central system that can control them] - ” which takes care of tokenizing the information deduced from the connection (such as IP addresses, browser or device used, computer ID, screen resolution, connected devices, nationality and other technical informations) all this information will be made anonymous through the use of unique tokens assigned to each visit; the moderators of the platform will be able to evaluate whether to temporarily disable access to one or more tokens, if they deem it necessary. Access without using this network- [Network of Contents: is the channel in which owners can post their content and the audience can see the contents posted by the owners] - , or blocking by a moderator, will further limit the functionality of the platform and will make it impossible to perform public actions (such as updating the “recently viewed” section on the public homepage). By accepting the processing of your data, you accept the use of this exclusive network of MYETV. All data is anonymized and no data related to this network will be given to third parties.

The creation of free account allows you access to more advanced features of the site; when registering the required fields are the following:

Password (min 8 char)
Confirm password
Email (default: private – must be verified)

The username is assigned automatically thanks to a hash of your email address plus the time in UNIX epoc format using the adler32 hashing algorithm; the username can be viewed through the “edit profile” page but cannot be changed; you can set up a nickname to change your name and URL for all audiences; every time you change your nickname the date and time of the last save will be saved.
Later for access to some contents or features, the system can require your birthday date and additional informations:

Date of Birthday (always private)
Place of Birth (always private)
First Name (default: only logged- Can be update after the signup process)
Last Name (default: only logged – Can be update after the signup process)
Gender (default: only logged – Can be update after the signup process)
Address and location (default: only logged – Can be update after the signup process)

These informations can be used for send our own commercial communications and for activate advanced features of the platform; when you insert your date of birthday you accept that use and you declare that it’s your real date of birthday. The date of birthday will be never revealed to third partyes sites or other users.

Personal data (except the date of Birth) can be used in the search engine- [Search Engine: is the application that deals with the search for content, networks or anything else on the platform] - of MYETV for all audience; when you are logged in your account you can allow others people to find you, or your informations, by change your privacy settings. The default settings for a new user (private network) is “only logged users“, but you can change it anytime with “public“, “only logged users” or “only followers- [Follower: a follower refers to a person who subscribes to your account or network in order to receive your updates] - ” or “private“; if you will create a Public Network of Contents- [Network of Contents: is the channel in which owners can post their content and the audience can see the contents posted by the owners] - all the informations of that Network will be searchable by anyone.

By clicking on the button “REGISTER” or “SIGNUP” you accept the terms of use of the website/software along with this Privacy Policy; your IP address used for registration is saved and is registered in the logfiles whenever you register; the logfiles includes IP address, date, time device and browser used by the user and other technical informations. You can change the password of your free account when you want; we suggest however to change the password every 6/12 months and insert password with characters numeric and alphanumeric and symbols, for its own security; in the free account of MYETV may be saved confidential information, such as the residence or the email, it is therefore important to stick with the procedures described above. We have the right to remember to you to secure your account, in any way and in any moments, when you navigate into the MYETV website.

For some actions (like sharing or messages) MYETV require you to fully compile the profile informations with: name, surname, gender and date of birth. This is called “account verification”.

Your account is instantly activated but for some actions we can ask to you to verify your email, during the sign up process you receive a one time only email message containing a link (URL) with which you can verify your email address; if you don’t receive any of theese emails you can try to resend the email by the link in the “edit profile” section. You cannot duplicate an email registered in the website. ~~Some of the email providers may consider our email activation as spam because it contains an URL; please take a look also in your spam folder, junk emails or junk mail of your email box.~~ Please read the “emails” section of this document, to know more about how we sign emails to avoid spam detection.

Personal data will be treated by means of computer tools/telematic and for purposes related to and/or instrumental in the service of MYETV and any other online services or for the simple navigation on the site; in particular:
– To make possible the provision of services
– To make possible the fulfilment of legal obligations laid down
– For cyber security purposes
The data will be processed by means of instruments and/or procedures designed to ensure the confidentiality and data security, in respect of as defined in the legislation.

The subjects mentioned in the personal data have the right at any time to obtain the confirmation of the existence or not of the same data and to know the content- [Contents: every content intended as text, images, audio or video] - and the origin, to verify the accuracy or to require the integration or the updating, rectification or the deletion. The subject has the right to request the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or blocking the data if processed in violation of law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their treatment. Any confidential requests should be addressed in this email address admin@myetv.tv or by open a ticket in the support platform at https://support.myetv.tv.

By accessing at the website your personal data will be collected and treated in a secure way. You can login- [Login: an act of logging in to a computer, database, website or system] - in every moment into the MYETV website in this page: https://www.myetv.tv/?CallAction=showlogin you can access at the login page only if you are not already logged. You must provide your email and your password to authenticate you; for the protection of the system you can try max 5 times and then you must wait 30 min before another try, in the worst cases the system is able to show to you a captcha to verify that the request is sent by a human; if you have lost your password you can click on the link “Forgot Password?”, there isn’t a direct link for this procedure and you must provide your already registered email address to restore your password with a simple update of the password via email. Once you have logged you have your private “Access Control” dashboard to view all login attempts and your current session, the system is builded to log at every access your device id, your ip, your usercode id, the date and the time of the attempt; all the data are encrypted and you can read them only after your successful access. You cannot delete this data, but you can ask in every moments the cancellation or the deletion of them or you can in any moment delete your entire account from the platform, in these way all the data will be deleted. Once you’ve logged in, you can edit your profile, update all the informations that you want and start using MYETV as a logged user.

You can disconnect your account through the “Account Options” section and you can use two different ways:

Disconnect the same device used: pressing this button will disconnect only the device you are using; the other devices will remain logged in.
Disconnect all devices: pressing this button will disconnect all devices connected to the account; the next access on every device previously logged in, will be asked to log in again.

Furthermore, by deleting all cookies the platform will automatically disconnect the device from which they were deleted.

The biometric login can match two different image files (“master” and “checker”) to result the differences and if there is no difference the user will be logged inside the MYETV platform. This feature can be tuirned ON or OFF for every account in the “edit profile” section. The feature can check 4 time the images provided and then, if not matched, the system will automatically turn off the biometric authentication for that user and send a notify to the user; next time the user must login only with email and password. Files and images used for the purpose of “master” are stored crypted, protected with password, in an unaccessible space and with a strong encryption- [Encryption: to change electronic information or signals into a secret code (= system of letters, numbers, or symbols) that people cannot understand or use on normal equipment] - alghorithm; while files and images used for the purpose of “checker” are stored in an unaccessible space, hashed and automatically deleted at the end of the check (just some seconds). The “Remember Me” feature if checked will remember the login credentials, if unchecked every time you close the browser you will need to login again; no other data will be remembered. The biometric authentication is turned off by default for every new registered user. The biometric image can be changed anytime without turning OFF/ON the feature; if the feature will be switched from ON to OFF all the data stored will be automatically deleted.

The device association’s login allows to login to the private account- [Account: an Account contains the personal information that is assigned to those who register and access with email and password] - by using the procedure at https://account.myetv.tv/associate and allows you to synchronize your account across multiple devices/apps using a device that has already been logged in. There are two type of device association:

Login another device with a code visible in a logged device
The procedure will assign a code to the device already logged (usually from 6 to 8 alpha-numeric characters) to type on the login form to access to the private account with another device not logged. This code can be used one time only and will expire after 5 minutes from the release and cannot be used again; it is also possible to use a QR code with devices enabled to use it through a camera. This procedure is safe and can be used only by a registered user to login another device easily.

Login the same device by type the code into another logged device
The procedure will assign a code to the unlogged device (usually from 6 to 8 alpha-numeric characters) to type on the dedicated page of another logged device. This code can be used one time only and will expire after 5 minutes from the release and cannot be used again; it is also possible to use a QR code with devices enabled to use it through a camera. This procedure is safe and can be used only by a unregistered user to login the device easily.

Two-factor authentication can be activated by a verified account through the profile edit page in two different ways:

Two-factor authentication via email: this type of authentication will send an email to the primary address registered on your account, the content of the message will be a temporary authentication code to be used after logging in to the platform; a limited number of attempts can be made and the code will last only 5 minutes after which you will have to repeat the login process from the beginning.
Two-factor authentication via authentication app: this type of authentication can be set up through the profile edit page and must be associated with the authentication app installed on your device (for example Google Authenticator or others); each time you log in you will be asked to enter the temporary code given by the same app installed on your device.

Two-factor authentication requires a verified account and a confirmed primary email address to work. During the authentication process, sensitive information sent to your email provider or to the authentication app you use may be matched; if you use the authentication app, an additional recovery code will be sent to you at the time of pairing in case you lose the device on which the app is installed.

The applications of MYETV for different devices can be downloaded here: https://downloadapp.myetv.tv or through the official stores of the devices used. The subdomain is hosted by Cloudflare and is entirely distributed through the content distribution network available worldwide. The applications contain native code customized to the device used that directly open the MYETV platform every time the application is opened, using internet connection. Applications can have custom controls for the device being used and can also involve the use of external devices such as gamepads, controllers or remote controls.

The dashboard of your account can be viewed on the subdomain https://account.myetv.tv accessible even for unregistered users, where they will be asked to register with an email. For logged in users, however, the dashboard is presented in several sections: Account, Features, Privacy, Limits, Special Account- [Special Accounts: an account with elevated privileges and/or access to special sections] - , Options. Each of these sections contains sub-sections where it will be possible to view information on your Account as well as links to make the various changes; it is also possible to have the link to change the information of your profile, switch to your content network- [Network of Contents: is the channel in which owners can post their content and the audience can see the contents posted by the owners] - or download the data on your Account in PDF format, or have informations about how completely delete the account. This dashboard was created to always have the information of your Account at your hand and to have more information and usability about the Account you are using. This dashboard is private for each registered Account and can only be used by the Account that has accessed the platform.

PARENTAL CONTROL

This type of account allows access to various parts of the protected site (like the contents restrictions or networks restrictions); the activation of this feature require that your birthday date must be under 18 years old. This feature can be activated in two ways:
– A parent can request a link from that account to another account (with a birthday date major of 18 years old) and setup a list of action that the first account can be made (including block contents and networks for 18+ users).
– A parent can directly setup a secret password inside that account to use to activate/deactivate the parental control feature (that includes block contents and networks for 18+ users and more features only for 18+ users)
Please note: the parental feature will be automatically activated if the birthday date specified in the edit account page is unspecified or minor of 18 year old., this means that the user cannot interact with 18+ restricted contents and networks.
For parents it is also possible to completely block an account; requests for permanent deactivation should be sent to admin@myetv.tv or support.myetv.tv with the email and/or username of the account to block and the motivation.

MY EXTENSIONS

These special applications called MY EXTENSIONS are builded by the owners of the Networks of Contents (or Private Accounts) in the manner decided by the owner of that network; the purpose of these applications is to create a better interaction with their viewers. MY EXTENSIONS can be restricted by its owner from the view of a specify country with the GEOIP feature. MY EXTENSIONS can use advertising or MYCOINS features. MY EXTENSIONS can be used to link external or reproduce website contents (when external website is available for that), all Extensions that using these technology must be opened manually from the viewers to be sure they cannot harm at page load. MY EXTENSIONS can be used only by users with a verified account; a procedure will guide you on how to verify your account if it has not already been done. MY EXTENSIONS can be closed by moderators if caught some illegal activities and the access to any Extension can be inhibited. These MY EXTENSIONS are also suggested to the general rules and account limits.
All MY EXTENSIONS created must respect this policy privacy, in all the aspects.

MYCLOUD AND STORAGE FEATURES

MYCLOUD is the private application to store files privately inside MYETV and publish them later; it is builded thanks to client-side and server-side technology and uses cookies and HTML5 technology to work. The platform creates a private folder inside the user account- [Account: an Account contains the personal information that is assigned to those who register and access with email and password] - , this folder and all the files are unaccessible from common http connections and can be viewed only by the owner of the account and only through the MYETV platform. Files can be subsequently edited, downloaded or published in the network of contents; by publish them will be moved to protected folders inside the MYCLOUD, accessible only by the owner of the same account/network who have published it. Video and image files will be scanned at the time of publication in real time and logs will also be created containing information about the files, called “metadata”, such as the transcriptions, the name of the original file and the codec used to create it, please note these files are accessible only to moderators; if files are deleted from MYCLOUD, the related content published in your own network will also be moved to the trash after some time and vice-versa. Logs cannot be deleted manually or opened, only moderators can view them in case of emergency. Storage is subject to limitations based on the type of special account used.

DIGITAL CREDITS AND DIGITAL WALLET

Digital Credits general terms of use are available here: DIGITAL CREDITS TERMS. All the communications are secured with SSL128bit and encryption. Digital Credits are a virtual value and cannot be tranfered or changed with real values, unless specified by the platform; they can be used only by a registered users with the MYETV platform. Digital Credits spent inside the platform can be refoundable within and no later than 14 days from the purchase, only and exclusively if the Digital Credits are not spent inside the platform. You can view your Digital Credits in your digital wallet by setting a currency through the profile edit page; the number of credits will remain the same but your preferred and selected currency will be displayed. The default currency is MYCOINS (MY€).

PAYMENTS ON MYETV

Some services on MYETV are for paying customers. The primary payments gateway are PayPal and/or Stripe to buy Digital Credits (MYCOINS) and store them inside the digital wallet of MYETV; the gateways are secured with SSL (https) connection and no billing data are passed to us directly (we will never know or save your sensitive informations). Digital Credits are the MYETV‘s internal payments method that can be bought throught the primary payments gateway; if you have any trouble with payments, please use the dedicated support offered by the service you have chose for your order or send a message to support.myetv.tv.
Please attention: we will never ask you directly or by email for your sensitive informations, such credit card number or anything related the payments.

THE STORE PLATFORM AND THE MERCHANDISE SHOP

The MYETV‘s Shop is part of the domain store.myetv.tv and it can be used to buy merchandise and/or advertise and/or digital or downloadable goods, if available. The internal shop is powered by MYETV and is linked to the major payments gateways that we commonly use (see above as primary payment gateway). The third-party merchandise shop is powered by ZAZZLE and the privacy policy is here: https://www.zazzle.com/mk/policy/privacy_policy

THE ADVERTISING SERVICES

The advertise services is part of MYETV. The advertising distributor is identified with the domain store.myetv.tv and it uses images, links, cookies and server side technology to deliver advertising and it can deliver advertise from third party services. The platform responsible for collecting data on advertisements on store.myetv.tv is myetv.tv and users can signup and use part of this advertising limited services here: store.myetv.tv/ads the advanced advertising services for MYETV is available only to registered users with Digital Credits. Advertisers can filter their advertisement by different options like country, language, category of the contents and also specify if the advertisement can be visible only from certain netowrk. We will not sell, rent or give away for any reasons any personal data stored or collected in a secure way throught this platform.
MYETV uses internal platforms linked to MY EXTENSIONS for owners of the networks of contents, the netwoks that use them can use some filters to target their advertisements based on their content or user preferences or country; owners of the network can earn Digital Credits to show advertisement under their contents or inside the network homepage. No personal data of registered users is ever passed to the owners of one of these Extensions or the buyer of the advertising space.
All the data collected or stored by these platforms are ruled by the “Personal Data Treatment” specified above in this document.

THE SOCIAL MANAGER PLATFORM

The Social Media Platform is available in this subdomain: https://social.myetv.tv the entire platform is protected with HSTS and all the data passed are strictly reserved to this subdomain only and default browser settings will block to communicate with any first level domain or any other subdomains in the same hostname. The specific privacy policy is available also here: https://social.myetv.tv/privacy_policy

The platform allows you to share information (such as authentication information, interactions, statistics) with external social networks and third-party services. By providing your data you accept the conditions of use (the Terms of Services) and allow MYETV to be able to transfer the information securely (with encryption) from the external service to the MYETV infrastructures. Depending on the third-party service you choose, you will be able to share confidential information such as:
– Keys to access services
– Email, name and surname and date of birth
– Permissions to write and/or edit posts and information
– Permissions to access and/or modify profile information
– Access permissions to functions of third-party platforms
All features of third-party platforms are officially approved by the platforms themselves and have been built specifically for the secure passage of this information. The account on social.myetv.tv is stored securely in our systems your custom password is protected and is hashed with modern security standards, the email must be verified before you can access the features, your payment information (if any) will never be saved on our systems and we use external gateways that pass this information safely. The platform will be able to send emails to registered addresses; these emails comes from the address admin@myetv.tv are securely encrypted and signed and have the sender name “MYETV Social Manager”. This platform also uses cookies for technical purposes, access, authentication and/or communications with third-party services; it is also necessary to accept the conditions of use and the privacy policy of the third-party services relating to cookies that you wish to connect to your account. By using this platform you accept this use of your data and all the data required to work with this platform. You can erase in any moment these data or disconnect any use of new data from the specified app page of the external services, the app to deactivate should be named as “MYETV” into the third party service; once the app is deactivated by the third party service nobody can use it in this platform, untill you will re-connect it.

EMAILS SERVICE

The email service is part of MYETV Account; if you accept the terms and conditions you agree to this policy privacy for the email service. We use email services to send emails to our subscribers about notifications, signup and security reasons; all the emails are signed with DKIM and others security mechanism to ensure the delivery of the email. You can turn on or off the email notification service, after you signed up, through the dashboard or directly through the link inside every email sent.

Please note that the personal data will be treated by MyInc. holders of treatment. Your data will also be handled for statistical purposes and for the transmission, also by e-mail, of editorial initiatives and/or commercial about MYETV, MYINC or PARTNERS.
Your data will be treated with the objectives set out above by the following categories of responsible: employees of the commercial office, employees in the packaging and shipping, engaged in the activities of marketing. We remind you that at any time you have the right to obtain the updating, correction, integration and the cancellation of the information by sending a written request to admin@myetv.tv, with ordinary mail, or to myincorporate@pec.poste.it, with CEM email, or to cancel your registration of your MYETV account by using the website.

INSIGHTS AND DATA ANALYTICS

MYETV uses different private proprietary client-side and/or server-side softwares for collect/read analytics inside the platform.
Analytics can be collected in several ways:

From Cloudflare: it collects Anonymous statistics at Content Delivery Network level and at every page loads, to bring to us the better performances and security and to understand how much traffic is passed in a specific date/time span; these type of analitycs are private and can be readed only by the administrative authorities of the platform.
From MYETV: it collect views, interactions, followers and everything inside contents and private/public networks in real-time; these type of analytics can be readed by public, registered users and owners of the networks to understand trends and could be different for the different authorities. Real-time data are stored encrypted one-by-one and anonymized while certified views and followers are counted in anonymous form every days and stored separated to be more fast and precise. To setup your preferences about how we can use these data, read the section “PERSONAL DATA TREATMENT”.
From Advertisers: they can filter advertise for various type of preferences, you can read the section “ADVERTISING SERVICES” to know more.

The data is read via client-side scripts inside the platform and are stored encrypted. The reading / theft / downloading / uploading / possession of the data, if not authorized, is strictly prohibited. Some of these data cannot be readed by any third party client-side application, if not marked as “MYETV”. These data cannot be accessed by any client-side or server-side public API or library.

PERSONAL DATA TREATMENT

This website use the CloudFlare Inc. Content Delivery Network to be served over the entire world; the privacy policy of CloudFlare is located here: https://www.cloudflare.com/security-policy/
The MYETV‘s main website (https://www.myetv.tv) is currently hosted in Italy (Europe) and in various part of the world thanks to the content delivery network. The person/agency responsible for processing personal data is My Incorporate- [MYINC: My Incorporate of Oscar Cosimo – or simple Oscar Cosimo – the currently responsible of MYETV] - of O.C. https://myincorporate.org
We use ssl (https 128bit) to secured the transmission of your data from the client to the servers; we use the cryptography- [Cryptography: the practice of creating and understanding codes that keep information secret] - (AES256 where available) to store your data inside our platform. Currently your personal data will not be shared with third party websites (except the platforms listed here in this document, you can see list of third party website on the “cookies policy” section of this document), unless you give the explicit consent; the analytics and insight platform is builded entirely by us and the data collected by that are private and protected by our systems. Please note that only authorities of certain countryes could ask to us to have the access to specific data, if they think there are some illegal activities.

When you access to the website you explicit give to MYETV the consent to store in a secure way insight data some of your data such as the ip address, the time and date of the action, the browser used, the keystroke in input fields or gamepad controllers and the machine id of the request; with these informations we can build anonymous statistics and insight data, assign a nation/country to every request and build an anonymous user number to indentify the access.

Please remember that, by stipulating this contract, our team may be authorized to request a copy of your personal documents (identity card or similar) if it deems it necessary and/or if you use the various features of the platform. The documents will be kept together with your personal data and their total cancellation can be requested at any time by specifically requesting it from our team. The penalty of not delivering the document could be the limitation of your account to certain features. Please remember that the request for your identity documents, by our team, can only be done online through our platform, once you have logged in, and never by simple email.

When you login or signup you explicit give the consent to store your personal and sensible informations in a secure way and some additional informations; you can have a copy of these informations by logged in and click on “DOWNLOAD, PRINT OR READ MY DATA” in the “Edit Profile” page, or directly with this link: https://www.myetv.tv/datadownload/. Your data will be treated with the objectives set out above by the following categories of responsible: main security team, managers of the commercial office, managers in the activities of marketing, manager of social networking (the last one only when a social action is triggered). CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE MATERIAL (CSAM) SCANNING TOOL

The Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) Scanning Tool allows the responsible of this platform (MYETV) to proactively identify and take action on CSAM located on their websites. Enabling this service will alert the person responsible of this platform (MYETV) of any image files that match known CSAM that have been uploaded to the website so he can take immediate action while the automatic tool automatically obfuscate the access to the content.
Your use of the CSAM Scanning Tool is governed by Cloudflare’s Self-Serve Subscription Agreement (“General Terms”), which incorporate the terms set out below, as such terms may be amended from time to time. Unless defined below, all capitalized terms will have the definitions given to such terms in the General Terms. NETWORK ENCRYPTION AND DATA CRYPTOGRAPHY

We use various type of encryption for storing data inside the platform. The encryption of data like password is a strong one way hash method, using the most safe approach to accomplish the safe storing of the data; username and email (login informations) are encrypted both with a strong AES-256 algorithm with dynamic vectors and they are stored encrypted by default; sensible informations like name, surname, addresses, age of Birth and gender are encrypted with AES-256 and a separate key to ensure the most compatibility possible with others informations; shared contents informations like title, description and hashtags (and other sensible informations) are encrypted with AES 128bit and a key taken by your P2P key- [Peer-To-Peer Key: it is a key assigned by the central system to the user and can identify him within the same system] - at the moment of subscription; emessenger can use this mechanism to encrypt messages, please refer to the dedicated section of our terms of services to know more about emessenger. You can manage and see all your encryption keys used to store your informations in your profile’s dashboard “EDIT PROFILE – ENCRYPTION”; these informations are intended for personal advice only and you should not give them away to anyone. These keyS are unchangeable, cannot be compromised by anyone and you have the sole responsabilities of your keys; these keys are different for every users and they will be deleted whenever you choose to close your account. These automatic procedures ensure that your data are stored safe.

– To encrypt Account informations (username & emails & sensible data) we use AES-256 with initial vectors encryption mode (U.S. Patents)
– To encrypt files and informations we use custom AES-256 encryption mode with OpenSSL and/or others libraries (U.S. Patents)
– To encrypt files and documents we use softwares like 7zip with a built-in AES-256 encryption mode
– To hash passwords we use strong one way alghortims like bcrypt or others
All your keys listed are for purely informations only, cannot be compromised and cannot be used to identify you in any ways; if one of the keys will be compromised, all informations will be instantly unvalidated. This ensure the integrity of all data.

YOU CHOOSE AND DATA PROTECTION

Through the exclusive functionality called “You Choose” or more simple “Data Protection” you can have more control over the device privacy about the statistics we collect; we collect and secure every data passed inside our platform and sometimes we will show them to the audience but always in an aggregate and anonymous form. You can choose how your device is subjected to these statistics and if show them to the public or not. You can access at this feature in every device with this direct link: https://www.myetv.tv/?CallAction=youchoose or by pressing the button in the left menu “SECURITY AND PRIVACY – DATA PROTECTION“. Your settings will be remembered inside the device with a cookie that will expire in 360 days, in the moment of the creation, for all the future access.

BACKUPS OF THE DATA

The system produces a recursive backup of the databases every hour, each time overwritten, and a complete backup every day of all the databases, to be archived. Backups are stored in secure mode, not accessible by anyone, with a master-password encrypted in AES-256 and inside are encrypted with AES-256 technology; all the data inside the databases are encrypted with the same technology and different keys. Backups may contain confidential information about users or the use of the myetv.tv platform. Backups can be filtered and delivered to the competent authorities if needed.

DELETION POLICY

The deletion of content can take place in various ways:
1. Automatically (Artificial Intelligence)
2. By a moderator (manually)
3. Through a report (from users and reviewed from a moderator)
The deletion of the contents with the method in point 1 moves the contents to the trash, which can be viewed via the page of the network to which the content belongs; once in the trash the contents will be automatically removed completely after 1 month, if this has not been manually removed by the owner first. Once removed from the recycle bin, the content becomes unrecoverable.
Deleting content with methods 2 and 3 initially obscures the content for the rest of the audience and moves it to the trash pending a new review within 1 month; if the review by a moderator evaluates the content in a negative way, the content will automatically be permanently deleted without the possibility of recovery.
As for the deletion of user data, once the account has been deleted, the data contained therein will be moved, as they are, to a different private table and inaccessible to the public in any way. The data that remain in this table, if not recovered by the user himself, will be automatically deleted within 2 years from the movement.

DELETE THE ACCOUNT PERMANENTLY

You can delete your account, when logging in, here: https://account.myetv.tv/deleteaccount/ you can find all the informations you need to permanently delete your profile and informations from myetv.tv your informations will be completely deleted from the public and all your contents will become unaccessible forever. We reserve the right to store secure backups (see above) and in the appropriate log files your trace, these data cannot never be readed and used from anyone and could be used only for technical purposes; if the automatic procedures do not work, you can send us an e-mail with your username and your e-mail address (used at the time of registration) to the address admin@myetv.tv or to the address myincorporate@pec.poste.it, certified e-mail, or to open a ticket in the support platform at https://support.myetv.tv and specify that you wish to remove your account from MYETV. It is important to send the email with the same email used during registration, if the same email used at signup is not available additional documents may be required to verify the identity (like a screnshot of your profile page or the PDF of your account data). The complete deletion of the account and its data from our systems can take place in a maximum of 7 days within which it will not be possible to register again with the same email address. The account and it’s data and contents will be unaccessible instantly.

SUPPORT PLATFORM FOR MYETV

The support platform for myetv is a powerful application located at the subdomain https://support.myetv.tv and can be used, according to the European laws of the Digital Service Act, even by unregistered users. It is possible to open support tickets, public or private, which will be automatically sent to the moderators of the platform who will be able to respond quickly and comprehensively; the tickets can be reached via a “ticket id” but there is also the possibility of registering an account for more privacy. The registered account is different from the MYETV one and can be used exclusively in that subdomain. This is the fastest and safest platform to reach the administrators or moderators of the platform. Reports of contents, content networks or advertisements via the buttons located on the MYETV platform are automatically redirected to the support platform with most of the information already filled in; each content on MYETV has an identification identifier (ID) to be reported.

NON-INTERVENTION POLICIES

In international law, the principle of non-intervention includes, but is not limited to, the prohibition of the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state (Article 2.4 of the Charter). The principle of non-intervention in the internal affairs of States also signifies that a State should not otherwise intervene in a dictatorial way in the internal affairs of other States. As Oppenheim’s International Law puts it, “the interference must be forcible or dictatorial, or otherwise coercive, in effect depriving the state intervened against of control over the matter in question. Interference pure and simple is not intervention” (Vol. I, 9th ed., 1992, p. 432). But the extent to which acts other than the use of force are, or should be, prohibited is uncertain.
Intervention (even military intervention) with the consent, properly given, of the Government of a State is not precluded.
The more common term is “non-intervention”, though “non-interference” also appears in the texts. The latter may suggest a wider prohibition, though in most contexts the two terms seem to be used interchangeably.

There is no doubt that the principle of non-intervention remains a well-established part of international law. The prohibition of intervention “is a corollary of every state’s right to sovereignty, territorial integrity and political independence” (Oppenheim’s International Law, p 428). The Friendly Relations Declaration [UNGA res. 2625(XXV) 1970] includes a whole section on ‘The principle concerning the duty not to intervene in matters within the domestic jurisdiction of any State, in accordance with the Charter’.

The principle of non-intervention and the limits on a State’s jurisdiction can be seen as related. Among other activities which, depending on the circumstances, may contravene the principle of non-intervention are interference in political activities (such as through financial or other support for particular political parties, comment on upcoming elections or on the candidates; seeking to overthrow the government – so-called ‘regime change’).

This privacy policy is extended to the entire MYETV platform and its subdomains and related applications. We cannot be vigilant in all states, this is why we adopt this policy. We encourage all users to use their sense of responsibility as well.
