Instant Publish

We have been working hard these days to make a major change regarding uploading files for publication, including live streaming- [Live Streaming: a live audio/video stream] - recording applications. Before this update the files were uploaded to MYCLOUD and then they had to be published manually by setting the new title, description, tags and options. Now you can select the “Instant Publishing” checkbox. The uploaded content- [Contents: every content intended as text, images, audio or video] - will be published instantly (or scheduled for publication if a date has been chosen) without having to manually set the title, description, tags that will be added automatically.

Upload- [Upload: the action by a owners of the network of sending an image or audio or video file (named as content) from the device] - content

  • Instant Publication checked: the content will be stored in MYCLOUD but published immediately after the upload is finished with a title, a description, tags extrapolated from the title of the content and the upload date; addittional options can be changed before the upload. The file will be deleted from MYCLOUD once published.
  • Instant Publication not checked: the content will be stored in MYCLOUD and when the upload is finished it will be necessary to specify the title, description, tags and options manually and publish it.

Live Recordings

  • Instant Publication checked: the content will be stored in MYCLOUD but published immediately after the recording is finished with a title, a description, tags extrapolated from the type of the recording (video or audio or both) and the upload date; addittional options can be changed before the upload. The file will be deleted from MYCLOUD once published.
  • Instant Publication not checked: the content will be stored in MYCLOUD and when the upload is finished it will be necessary to specify the title, description, tags and options manually and publish it.

To continue, you will need to not close the upload/publish page during the whole process; if you accidentally close the browser window, the file will remain stored in your MYCLOUD ready to be published at a later time. The information of the published content can be immediately edited via the content edit page where you will be automatically redirected at the end of the publishing process.
