Today we introduce the “You Choose” button link, or “Data Protection” button in the menu, that permits to have better control of your privacy on the MYETV platform- [Platform: the set of the main domain and all the subdomain of a particular website; also the computer architecture and equipment using a particular operating system] - ; whenever you see this button means that you can setup the settings for your devices privacy or account- [Account: an Account contains the personal information that is assigned to those who register and access with email and password] - privacy (if logged).
This button allows you to setup settings related to your navigation on MYETV and to your devices, or to your account (if logged); it is designed to work for registered and unregistered users and in every devices. This feature works with some secure cookie, for not registered users, that least max 6 months from the latest update; this feature is synchronized with your account, if logged in, and is syncronized with every device logged with that account.

To access- [Access the simple access to a website as a visitor] - at the “You Choose”, or “Data Protection”, feature with direct links:

A button link to this feature is always visible where that data are visible.
HOW IT WORK
- Unlogged users: the features work thanks to a secure cookie, saved on that device, that least max 1 year from the latest update.
- Logged in users: the features work thanks to your account and is synchronized in every device logged in that account; the chosen options are remembered and there are no time limits.
The default options, when ar enot set, for that feature are “public“.
