Over the past few months, our team has been working hard behind the scenes to give you more control over your feed, make notifications instant and reliable, and keep your email inbox clutter-free.
Whether you are here to watch videos, follow your favorite creators, or explore trending topics, these new improvements are designed to make your daily experience smoother, faster, and far more personal.
1. Follow any hashtag: your feed, your interests
Hashtags have always been a great way to label and categorize videos, posts, and broadcasts across MYETV. Starting today, hashtags are no longer just clickable labels you can now follow any hashtag you like!
How it works
When you click on a hashtag (such as #music, #gaming, #tech, or #cooking), a dedicated detail window opens up. Inside this window, you will find a brand-new “Follow Hashtag” button.
- One-Click Following: Simply click the follow button, and that hashtag is immediately added to your personal interest list.
- Never Miss a Topic: Whenever any network- [Network of Contents: is the channel in which owners can post their content and the audience can see the contents posted by the owners] - or channel on MYETV publishes new content containing that hashtag, you will be among the first to know. You no longer need to follow every individual creator just to keep up with a single topic you care about.
- Manage Your List Easily: Inside the same popup window, you can view your entire list of followed hashtags formatted in a clean, organized table. If your interests change, you can unfollow any hashtag with a single click at any time.
2. Instant updates with web & mobile push Nntifications
To complement hashtag following, we have completely overhauled how MYETV keeps you informed when something new happens.
In the past, keeping up with new uploads from networks you follow relied heavily on individual email notifications. As communities grew and creators posted more frequently, inboxes quickly became cluttered, and important updates were easily missed or delayed.
The Upgrade to Push Notifications
We are officially transitioning to Web Push and Mobile Push Notifications for all real-time updates!
- Instant Delivery: When a network you follow posts a new content or when content is published matching one of your followed hashtags, you will receive a clean, instant pop-up notification directly on your smartphone, tablet, or web browser.
- Direct Access- [Access the simple access to a website as a visitor] - : Tapping or clicking the notification takes you straight to the new content so you can start watching immediately without searching.
- Total Quiet Control: Push notifications give you instant control. You can turn them on or off in your device settings whenever you want peace and quiet.
3. A clean inbox: introducing the weekly digest email
Because instant push notifications now handle real-time alerts for new network posts and followed hashtags, we are changing how we use email.
We know how frustrating it is to wake up to a wall of individual automated emails every time a channel posts a quick clip or broadcast. Effective immediately, individual email alerts for every single new content are being phased out.
What replaces them?
Instead of sending multiple messages throughout the day, we are introducing a single, beautifully organized Weekly Digest Email.
- Once a Week Summary: Every week, you will receive a single email highlighting all the top new content published by the networks and topics you follow.
- Catch Up at Your Own Pace: Perfect for weekend watching or catching up on missed highlights, the weekly digest brings together everything you missed in one easy-to-read list.
- Zero Inbox Clutter: Enjoy real-time updates on your phone or browser while keeping your email inbox completely clean and organized.

- Explore Topics: Browse your favorite feed or open any video and click on a hashtag that interests you.
- Click Follow: Tap the new “Follow Hashtag” button to start receiving updates for that topic.
- Enable Push Notifications: When prompted by your browser or mobile application, allow notifications from MYETV so you never miss an update. You can also enable/disable notification in the “Communication” menu option.
