Digital Credits – Terms of Service

You can buy Digital Credits from different official merchants and gateways that vary from country to country, most used are:

What are My Digital Credits?

My Digital Credits (or MYCOINS) are the virtual credits of MYETV with which it is possible to carry out various exchange operations between registered users or purchase services. My Digital Credits are safe and reliable as they are a private and exclusive virtual currency of MYETV encrypted with the latest technologies; we use AES with custom initial vectors for virtual wallet encryption- [Encryption: to change electronic information or signals into a secret code (= system of letters, numbers, or symbols) that people cannot understand or use on normal equipment] - . Digital Credits can be transferred to My Digital Wallet from certified MYETV online stores by buing it in Euros, or they can be earned via the MYETV platform- [Platform: the set of the main domain and all the subdomain of a particular website; also the computer architecture and equipment using a particular operating system] - ; currency of the credits can be changes from the edit account- [Account: an Account contains the personal information that is assigned to those who register and access with email and password] - page, the changes from your local currency and Euros will be performed only at the time of the transaction. Digital Credits are related to the account and can be used only from registered users. Please note: My Digital Credits can only be purchased online through the official platform located at https://www.myetv.tv/mycoins/ the gateways used by this purchase platform may not be available for the apps of some operating systems but always via web browser; while the Digital Credits in your Digital Wallet can be used from any platform both via app and browser.

Terms of Service

  • To use My Digital Credits you must be a registered, logged and verified user
  • My Digital Credits can only be used for ages 18 and up
  • You can buy and/or read information about your My Digital Credits with the links in the left sidebar menu of MYETV in the section “My Digital Wallet” or in the dashboard by following this direct link https://www.myetv.tv/mycoins
  • My Digital Credits can be used only inside the MYETV platform
  • My Digital Credits are used to buy services on MYETV; all the price in MYETV will be showed as with the currency selected in the edit account page (default is Euro)
  • There is no fee on the transaction, unless is specified; when no promo and/or fee applies the real value of My Digital Credits is 1:1 this means 1 Digital Credit is value 1 € (or the currency selected in the edit account page)
  • The main currency used for the payment services is the Euro (€); change from your local currency happens only at the time of the transaction (when credit are transferret to your wallet)
  • You cannot sell My Digital Credits out of MYETV. You cannot exchange My Digital Credits with real value money or another value without authorization. Break this rule will break this contract and your entire account could be suspended if caught
  • The transaction is instant; once the transaction is completed you could wait from 1 to 2 minutes to get the My Digital Credits in your Digital Wallet, depending of the traffic of the website; if you do not receive any Digital Credits after at least 30 minutes, open a ticket at https://support.myetv.tv
  • Every users can view the list of the transactions in the My Digital Wallet dashboard
  • The payment gateway is managed and secured with SSL by MYETV
  • Transactions made in the official shop “My Digital Credits” are delivered thanks to an external service (or gateways).
  • Gateways to buy My Digital Credits may be unavailable in some circumstances or in some areas of the World.
  • Personal data (like credit card or others billing informations) are not stored in our platform and will never be saved or shared
  • The name on the payment receipt sent by email from the chosen payment service will have the words “MY INCORPORATE- [MYINC: My Incorporate of Oscar Cosimo – or simple Oscar Cosimo – the currently responsible of MYETV] - …” or “MYETV-MYINC- [MYINC: My Incorporate of Oscar Cosimo – or simple Oscar Cosimo – the currently responsible of MYETV] -
  • My Digital Credits spent to purchase MYETV services (example special accounts- [Special Accounts: an account with elevated privileges and/or access to special sections] - ) can no longer be refunded
  • The credits in the “EARNINGS QUEUE” tab will not be counted in your digital wallet; the owner can decide whether to transfer them immediately as Digital Credits in the wallet or request a real value payment after earning at least 100 Digital Credits (a fee will be applied depending on the special account- [Special Accounts: an account with elevated privileges and/or access to special sections] - used, can be from 50% to 25%)
    • REFUND POLICY
  • My Digital Credits purchased can be refunded within 7 days from the time of purchase only with the entire original receipt issued at checkout with the chosen payment service (date of the purchase or ID must be present), you can send the requests to https://support.myetv.tv or by ordinary email (The request must be dated within the 7-day limit from the purchase, shipping times will not be calculated)
  • Any credits already spent to purchase services (such as special accounts), within 7 days of purchase, will be fully refunded and the services will be automatically deactivated and the purchased credits will be deducted from your digital wallet within 3 days of the refund request; after deactivation with refund, it will no longer be possible to reactivate the same services with the same account for at least 15 days
  • It is also possible to initiate a refund through the payment gateways used during the purchase; in this case the credits will be automatically deducted and the purchased services deactivated within 3 days of the refund
  • My Digital Credits earned through the various MYETV features cannot be refunded as real value currency, once transferred to the digital wallet
  • If the refund service is used incorrectly or if we detect any abuse in the procedures, any necessary measures will be taken

You can also collect My Digital Credits from some MYAPPS and/or some predefined actions inside MYETV.
