Weekly Summary Emails – A Way to Stay Updated on MYETV

We’re excited to announce a small but meaningful change to how we deliver recursive emails from MYETV to your inbox! We have reactivated recursive emails, sent through our secure dedicated smtp, with some modifications.

Starting this week, recurring emails will no longer be sent daily. Instead, emails will be sent to 25% of registered users (who aprroved) every 4 or 6 times a week (to different users every round) these emails will includes:

  • A summary of the most visited contents- [Contents: every content intended as text, images, audio or video] - on MYETV
  • Sponsored contents on MYETV (if any)
  • A weekly summary of your account- [Account: an Account contains the personal information that is assigned to those who register and access with email and password] - activities (if any)
  • The most popular hashtags from the past week
  • Some of the last post in this blog (if any)

This change will help reduce inbox clutter while still keeping you informed about what’s trending and worth watching on the platform- [Platform: the set of the main domain and all the subdomain of a particular website; also the computer architecture and equipment using a particular operating system] - .

Important: Email notifications about content- [Contents: every content intended as text, images, audio or video] - updates (such as new contents from your favorite accounts or channels) for now will continue to be delivered as usual, without any changes.

Recursive emails can be enabled or disabled at any time on the edit page of your account.

Email translation, especially for new changes, will be done shortly.
